To join the Discord server for CodeHelp, you will receive an email invitation containing a one-time invite link. This email will be sent to the email address associated with your CodeHelp account. Please monitor your inbox for this email. Once you receive the email, simply click on the one-time invite link provided. This link will redirect you to the Discord platform, where you can create a Discord account or log in to your existing account. After successful login, you will gain access to the CodeHelp Discord server. If you haven't received the email invitation, please ensure that you have checked your spam or junk folders. Sometimes, email providers may filter unfamiliar emails into these folders. If you still cannot locate the email, feel free to contact our support team for further assistance.

Generally, we send a one-time Discord invite within 24 hours of course purchase. Please wait for at least 24 hours. If this time frame has already passed, kindly double-check your spam and junk folders in your email application. Sometimes, the email may be directed to your spam folder. If you still can't locate the email, please reach out to our support team for further assistance. If you have not received the Discord link or if you faced difficulties joining, please follow these steps: Fill out the Google Form: Google Form Link Once you have submitted the form, our team will review your request. We will then provide you with a new, one-time Discord link for you to use.

As per the CodeHelp policy, we have a strict no refund and no cancellation policy. Refunds are only provided in cases where the course has not been allotted to you after payment.

First, log in to your account and navigate to the dashboard. Choose or click on the course you want to access. On the left side, you will find an index of course content. Scroll through and find the lecture you wish to watch. Click on the lecture to view its contents.

In such cases, the payment amount will usually be refunded within the next 5 business days.
